To pull off this role is to get a good understanding of the internal business process and the roles of the partners involved in the whole process of freight and logistics. When client's or carriers call in or emails me about their issues and concerns, it's important to identify where it lies in the process to create a plan of action. It is also crucial in my role to establish a sense of trust and confidence because the ability to build that impact the business as a whole. My clients will get used to the product and technology we offer over time, but they will stay for the service.
