The suite also included external applications allowing for self-service client and partner functionality. Merging of all external sources into a common API layer allowed for the release of multiple LOB vertical applications with shared workflow and business functionality.

Responsible for the Architecture, Design, and Development aspects of an enterprise hybrid cloud application. The application is responsible for crawling specified websites and API’s of multiple government sites to obtain specific information on upcoming legislative data points. Using Big data architecture style, the application ingested 2+ terabytes of data per day without the need for a SQL based data store. The application uses complex algorithmic matching across multiple file types including HTML, PDF, Excel, and Word. To return metadata, source URL’s and selected content matching.

Charged with providing a higher level of visibility, transparency, and accountability to the CIO. We utilized analytical insights to reduce operating expenses and apply advanced risk management. Managed the delivery of multiple enterprise application across a variety of service lines with a budget more than 3m annual budget.Responsible for complete of SDLC and delivery for COTUS, Custom Development and Business Intelligence solutions. Solutions managing over 1.1B in annual revenue, processing 3-15 Terabytes of data per day.Applications included enterprise document management solutions, ENC Construction PMO enterprise solutions, and multiple enterprise vertical application systems on Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, and On-Premise architecture, Microsoft BI enterprise integration, including all metrics, KPI’s, and Report for each line-of-business and department with organization. Responsible for the creation, assignment, and management of development timelines and schedules. Oversee Analysis, Architecture, Design, Development, and Testing processes.

Design and Development of a Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse consisting of ROLAP and MOLAP data points. Utilized the Tableau Analytics and Data Visualization tools for client analysis and reporting. Extraction & Transformation of data from various feeds derived from a Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus.

Responsible integrating the multiple disparate product teams into a unified technical strategy. Primarily focused on delivering software and analytical solutions in the Casino Gaming industry. Products lines included multiple .Net, Mobile, and Java applications.Tasked with assuming large legacy code base and bringing up to enterprise standardization. Migration of existing Cognos COTS BI platform to Microsoft BI Stack.
