Having over 22 years of experience in the finance industry, primarily working with banking and investment-related service organizations, I am acutely aware of the stringent regulations governing banks and credit unions. I'm also a passionate problem solver by nature, and after learning the challenges my wife Jill was facing in her previous banking role with the new FFIEC Social Media Management requirements, we began brainstorming on a solution. We were surprised to find that there were no products or services that covered the guidance from beginning to end, and the few that came close required the financial institutions to manage the platform themselves along with a hefty price tag. So, we decided to build our own platform to specifically cover all aspects of the FFIEC's guidance, and completely manage it in real time as well to allow banks to focus on what they do best...banking.
