I became managing partner for Byron Russell LLC (BR LLC) in August of 2011, and am responsible for all operational aspects of the partnership. I specialize in collaborative strategies, project management, logistics within an operations environment, agency and client relations, communications (internal and external), database/CRM donor-development and administration, and strategic initiatives. I have extensive professional experience with contract management and documentation, financial services reporting, and database customizations and integration. BR LLC utilizes my skill set within a network of strategic and corporate relationships primarily located in Salt Lake City (HQ), San Francisco, Reno (Tricor Construction) and New York City (360 Design). My prior professional experience includes a position within the financial sector with Fidelity Investments where I obtained financial licenses (Series 6, 63, 7 and 8), administered internal communications, reviewed corporate sponsorships, and held a financial analyst position within regional finance and administration in Salt Lake City. I have also worked in the corporate travel sector with Morris Travel as an analyst/database administrator where I implemented customized platforms - implementation which transformed the industry in terms of tracking and reporting. More recently, I was with Pohlad Companies where I served as a Vice President of Operations and managed a documentation team of analysts and purchasing agents funding/documenting financial leasing structures throughout the country in excess of $100MM annually.
