Work with regional leadership on broadening the company’s capability and offering of offshore hook-up and commissioning (HUC) services. Work with a global group of fellow Directors on the development of a functional organization within Worley with the aim of strengthening and standardizing the company’s approach to Completions and Commissioning across multiple industries. Develop project commissioning and startup strategies, provide guidance to the design team with respect to constructability and commissionability, develop offshore HUC schedule and cost estimate incorporating facility installation, SURF installation, final facility hook-up and commissioning, and start-up activities.
