An experienced and award winning project manager and developer responsible for the design, estimating and project management of residential and commercial projects. From the initial contact, real estate development and financing through completion of the work, managing all details of the project including interaction with the client, field personnel, designers/architects, subcontractors and suppliers. Starting in the building industry as a union carpenter in 1980 he has been an independent carpentry contractor, a remodeler, a builder, a developer and real estate broker in Minnesota for over thirty-five years. Among many personal commitments to the building industry Monte has served as the president of the Mid-Minnesota Builders Association (MMBA), president of the Builders Association of Minnesota (BAM), is a Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and currently sits on the board of The Builders Group (TBG) workman’s compensation insurance fund. Working with WGohman Construction Co.:Construction trades is an honorable vocation and I am proud to work with a company that has a long history of customer care and construction integrity. Outside of Work:For over thirty years I have had the pleasure of performing music with my friends and brother musicians, this has been both a vocation and a passion that has given us many wonderful memories. I am the proud father of two children who are now bringing grandchildren to the party. My wife and I appreciate our time with family, traveling or just spending a weekend at the cabin. Summers I like to ride my motorcycle and enjoy the amazing scenery throughout the heartland.
