In addition, he is a member of the Firm's SEC Practice Group, providing audit services and quarterly reviews to publicly traded domestic and international clients. Mr. Singh has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and accounting and auditing, with an expertise in financial statement preparation, compliance and planning, budgeting and forecasting, as well as litigation support.Through the years, Mr. Singh has assisted clients in a variety of industries, including distribution (wholesale and retail), online and offline direct marketing and media services, commercial printing, pharmaceuticals, medical products and equipment, real estate, software development, entertainment, food and beverage service and retail. For the manufacturing industry, he has provided financial guidance for product lines such as lenses and filters for cinematography, sports apparel, electrical components and systems for the U.S military and specialty industrial markets, high voltage supplies, retail security packaging, candy products, disposable hospital supplies and generic pharmaceuticals.
