I have developed a reputation for completing these SOX 404(a) projects in a timely, cost-effective manner that satisfies the requirements of the Securities & Exchange Commission. Current clients include oil & natural gas exploration and production entities (with market capitalization in excess of $1 billion) and oilfield services and products entities.I continue to assist enterprises with their merger & acquisitions efforts; capital raising activities; and, business development projects. I also provide forensic accounting services and lead due diligence efforts in connection with mergers or acquisitions. I continue to remain active in litigation support services as an effective and qualified accounting or financial expert witness.
