Proven industry leader with over 30 years of experience running tennis and fitness operations at high end private country clubs and resorts in the US. Nationally known for leading people and building teams that have achieved the highest level of success in the business. Have spent the last 17 years at OMNI Barton Creek Resort and Country Club in Austin Texas where I currently oversee the entire Sports Department. Manage over 65 associates between tennis, fitness, aquatics and club operations. Have 10 full time tennis pros that generated in excess of 1.6MM in lesson revenue on 10 outdoor courts in 2023.
