Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units. • Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (P2P), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics business processes, including inherit risks using best business practices for Governance, Risk And Compliance (GRC) in alignment with SOX and GAAP. • Skilled in developing change management plans/tools, including communication plan, stakeholder analysis and engagement plan, and communication pieces. • Full cycle deployment and implementation experience using the following: MS Dynamics AX, IFS, and SAP S/4 HANA or ECC environment, utilizing ERP/MRP automated processes, manual processes, security, and segregation of duty controls.• Experience involved in all phases of ERP implementation life cycle from initial project preparation through Fit/Gap analysis, business blueprint and customizations, Go-Live, Post Go-Live Production support, user training and documentation.• Change management expertise within the IT designed and full cycle implementation of ALE business processes for multinational corporations to achieve process control, including master data and automated control design and development.
