As a private equity advisor and consultant, I leverage my expertise in restaurant operations, development, finance, talent management, and technology to help clients achieve their strategic goals and optimize their performance.As the CEO of Shell Shack, Inc., I created and executed a strategy to transform the brand into a more approachable, affordable, and hospitable concept. Under my leadership, the company improved its social ratings, cost of sales, labor costs, and opened a new location. Previous to Shell Shack, I was the COO of Zalat Pizza, a founder inspired startup concept, and the COO of On The Border Mexican Grill and Cantina, one of the largest Mexican dining concepts in the US. I am driven by a mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences, foster a culture of excellence, and empower people to reach their full potential.
