I am honored to be asked to serve on the Board. I also serve on the Golf Tournament Committee where we put on two premier golf tournaments per year to help raise money for the association and it's Legislative Advocacy.

I have served on a lot of committees with the ABA over the years. Currently I am on the Membership Committee, help organize/run their annual convention and part time DJ for the mixers. The joke is I am darn near staff I do so much with them.

I was Co-Chair of the Affiliate Committee in 2020 and Chair in 2021. In 2022 I was Board Member at Large

This award has special meaning because I love this group and I was awarded this on my birthday. I also serve on the Membership Events Committee.

I did two of the largest golf tournaments I have ever done with this group. I think we still hold the record of largest structure on the driving range with a 12,000 square foot tent and with a trade show in it.

Design, Specify, Install, and Supervise Operations of the church’s Multimedia Audio Visual Department.

Prospected and established new relationships throughout the Southwest dealing with emerging technology products in diverse markets segments. Develop go-to-market for digital signage advertising while identifying and delivering new advertisers for open digital signage network throughout Greater Phoenix area. Placed Digital Signage in retail and food service establishments, southeast valley.

Tournament Director for 2009, Assitant to Tournament Director 2008. The Pro Players Classic is long standing charity golf tournament benefitting Native American Youth and Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center. This event included the tournament itself, two evening parties/events, charity auction, and fundraising parties.

Managed, mentored and unified independent sales representatives into a high integrity based, award winning sales force. To date, those representatives have sold over $60M in annualized sales volume.  Increased profitability in lead management system for sales force. Developed award winning sales training systems to increase sales by 43% in FY 2004. Facilitated the expansion of new sales support offices in multiple states, overseeing all the network and A/V integration. Received the Mentor Award for teaching and training sales force in 2002, 2003, and 2004.

Drove strategic planning to increase sales, improve marketing, production, and distribution while reducing wasteful expenditure.  Redefined the approach to market, mapped out a new path, and unified the splintered staff towards new objectives and initiatives.  Masterfully reversed two years of declining sales and increased revenue by 38% within the first year. Reduced YOY costs for production and distribution and increased quality. Increased international sales by 41% by developing and implementing International Contractor Certification Process, which educated people in Canada, S. America, Korea, and China on technical/solution based sales. Created value added solutions for all sizes of domestic and international industrial projects some as large in scope as the restoration of the Panama Canal.

Directed all day to day operations of asphalt repair company, and facilitated growth of new Vanguard tactile cue division.  Pioneered and implemented R&D, marketing and franchising for innovative and proprietary system. Decreased equipment expenditures while improving the efficiency of field operations which also resulted in a strong reduction of overtime wages paid. Expanded services offered which gained more customers and market share. Stabilized fragile workforce while achieving unprecedented growth.
