Bluemond is a Software House and my responsabilities involved managing design and development teams to ensure that the product conforms to its scope, is delivered on time, at the right price and always with maximum transparency. Eventually, I used to assume the role of developer, thus contributing to the success of complex projects.

I was responsible for maintaining applications identifying failures on both front-end or back-end, correcting them, and deploying updated versions of applications. I have learned how to quickly understand and debug code, while improving my skills in Typescript, ReactJS and React Native.

CodeBuddy is a coding and robotics school for kids and teenagers, which uses hybrid and personalized learning to provide the best experience to its students. Taking care of the didactic content of a network of schools, which has reached more than 50 units throughout Brazil, is a challenging and rewarding task.This means not only idealizing, planning and developing new lectures, videos, activities and projects, but also training teachers in the following fields: mobile, web and game development, arduino prototyping and of course, all the didactic aspects that are required for technological, hybrid and personalized education.

Running a school unit involves keeping your business, marketing, finance and teaching staff working together and in harmony. After taking office, I have learned and developed people management, process management and strategy skills. There were not enought hands to do everything, therefore I often worked at operation level as well: supporting classroom teacher, digital marketing, partnerships, financial analysis and projection, cash flow and also maintenance of equipaments and infrastructure.At CodeBuddy we are in constant learning, always facing a big challenge and celebrating some of the newly conquered ones.

During this time I teached kids how to code and transform their ideas into projects. I personalized the learning experience of my students so that each one has the right level of challenge and the best experiences possible in a classroom. It was possible by combining hybrid learning with awesome coding tools, such as: Arduíno, Scratch, MakeBlock, App Inventor, Thunkable, GameMaker and Unity.I also helped developing the Teachers Guide, ebook to help others teachers learning, understanding and applying CodeBuddy's methodology at their classroom.

- Strategy management (Strategic Planning, development of Action Plans, Tactical-operational management and leadership).- Financial management (financial planning, feasibility analysis and projections, cash flow, authorizing financial transactions);- Administration (standardization and organization of documents and tools, knowledge management practices, relationship with university, accounting and law firms);

The CSR Center is responsible for idealizing, organizing and implementing social projects, so that members engage themselves and positively impact the ecosystem. Me and another coordinator, restructured the Center (after 2 years of inactivity) and carried out: the "Excel Solidário", the "Tree of Wishes" and organized a collection of food inside the company, totaling 1033kg. This led CPE to 1st place in the Solidarity Trophy.

My responsibilities were to strategically study the company's partners, capture, negotiate and close partnerships considered "win win". I participated in fairs and business meetings and training sessions on Energy Efficiency, Photovoltaic Panels, Lean Manufacturing and Leadership. I also developed the network of former members of the company.

I was responsible for doing market research and technical research with professors to explore new areas of activity for the company. Among them, Network and Energy Efficiency projects. I participated in training in HTML and Basic Electronics.

My responsibilities involved capturing and pricing electrical and IT project demands, negotiating with customers and signing sales contracts. I learned negotiation techniques, customer relations and had training in Impact Presentations, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing, Project Management, Negotiation and Finance. I developed the Demand Monitoring Worksheet, to be used as a CRM tool.

This period was dedicated to getting to know the company's boards. I developed several skills with emphasis on proactivity and teamwork. I also suggested restructuring the Financial Management Worksheet, which became an Action Plan executed by me and two other members.

Núcleo UFMG Jr is an instance of the Junior Enterprise Movement, which promotes events and connects students to projects and initiatives at their university. I was responsible for two projects:- "Conexão StartUp" (Startup Conection), initiative to provide opportunities for university students to intern or work at StartUps in BH.- "Sempre - Semana Empreendedora" (Entrepreneurship Week). I talk about it in more details in the section dedicated to projects.I learned a lot about the StartUps and entrepreneurship ecosystem in BH. I learned to plan and make big projects and events happen. Finally, I understood the importance of having a vast network.

UaiFi was the first event in Belo Horizonte focused on Junior Entrepreneurs, connecting, empowering and inspiring young people and adults. There were 3 days of programming, including lectures, unpublished workshops, innovative dynamics (involving music, dance and theatrical improvisation) and a party, all to connect, train and inspire young people and adults, inside and outside the Junior Enterprise Movement.
