Senior Cyber Combat Target Developer and BDA Targeteer

Senior Intelligence Warrant Officer for a Brigade Combat Team (BCT) assigned to the Pacific Command Area of Responsibility. Responsible for providing timely, relevant and accurate intelligence to the Brigade Commander, Staff, Brigade Intelligence Support Element (BISE), the Brigade Senior Intelligence Officer and the Battalions' Intelligence Officers. Responsible for coordinating training for all intelligence personnel throughout the Brigade. Integrate and fuse intelligence from single source collection and national agencies. Assist the Brigade Senior Intelligence Officer in the Military Decision Making Process by conducting and directing mission analysts, orders production, and briefings to the Brigade Commander and staff. Fully integrated into the Brigade and Military Intelligence Company to produce classified intelligence reports in support of the Brigade Commander and staff while forward deployed to a PACOM nation. Leads as the primary Intelligence Officer in support of the kinetic and non-kinetic targeting cycle. Lead and manage all source and single source analysts throughout the Brigade.

Managed and led a team of analysts covering the Pacific Command (PACOM) and Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) and, subsequently, the Afghanistan and Pakistan region. Responsible for the analysis, production and management of executive level intelligence products and briefings to the Commanding General Officer. Was selected over other peers to provide direct support to the Deputy Commanding General and senior staff in preparation for the units deployment to Afghanistan. Managed the production of daily multi-disciplined intelligence assessments in support of indications and warnings for the United States Army Global Response Force (GRF). Liaison with subordinate, adjacent and higher echelon units throughout the intelligence community to maintain a common intelligence picture. As the Deputy Director J2 and interim Director J2 for the United States Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) National Support Element (NSE), responsible for timely, accurate, and up-to-date intelligence products which support the United States retrograde mission and transition to he resolute support mission in Afghanistan. Responsible for the daily intelligence reports and activities for the J2 to include the daily intelligence update covering all Regional Commands in the CJOA, the Bilateral Security Agreement Read Book, and the Top Secret Read book. Led the USFOR-A Afghanistan wide Vendor Vetting cell, Intelligence Planner, coordinated all intelligence Requests for Information (RFI), collection asset requests and liaison intelligence related matters between International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and ISAF Joint Command (IJC). Assisted the security manager in determining security violations and facilitated the Department of the Army Cytological Access Program (DACAP).

Leader and Officer in charge of the 15 military and 4 government contractor intelligence analysts of the South East Asia (SEA) and the Joint Task Force Homeland Defense (JTF-HD) sections in the Analysis and control element (ACE) of the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) providing timely, relevant and accurate multi-discipline intelligence support to the USARPAC Commanding General, staff and subordinate commands, as well as strategic support to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines (JSOTF-P) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom - Philippines (OEF-P). Provided threat analysis support to USARPAC exercises in the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. Provided daily intelligence situation updates, anti-terrorism & force protection analysis, Homeland Defense intelligence support, forward deployed intelligence support to elements in support of Phase 0 operations. Selected to brief senior Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officers of Joint Task Force - Homeland Defense on transnational terrorism trends within PACOM and three comprehensive SCI briefs to the USARPAC Commanding General, Deputy Commanding General providing intelligence assessments that directly impacted the Commanding General's vision and policy decisions in the region. Provided numerous briefs to partner nations in support of the Theater Security Cooperation Plan engagements with Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia. Produced and conducted bilateral Regional Security Update briefings and training material/classes in support of Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) exchanges with Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore.

As the senior All Source Intelligence Officer, conducted liaison and intelligence exchange directly with partner nation unified Western Mindanao Command intelligence staff and supervised and trained 30 military and 3 civilian intelligence personnel across all spectrums of intelligence disciplines.
