I was brought in to A-venue to help them with their struggling services. Using my Barista training, my love for speciality coffee and customer service I assisted in training the staff so that service could run smoothly. I also made numerous suggestions for improvements in the order process many of which were implemented, resulting in a much higher standard.

Having worked in many kitchens and resturaunts through my school years I joined the team at Goji while studying at the university of york. I quickly had to adapt to an ever changing menu that used very non-standard methods to cater to their largely vegan customer base.
