The amazing people on these teams handle Video Technical Support, Telephone Technical Support, Internet Technical Support, hosted Technical Support, Internal and external Commercial Billing, Commercial Collections, Field Support, Sales Representative Support, Sales Order Entry, contract disputes, Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales and last on the list but not the last hat that they wear , Commercial Retention. I coach and train Loyalty Representatives in the best ways to show our customers the value of our products. I teach them how to resell what a customer has so that we can be sure that the customer is not losing something they didn't' know they needed. If need be I train them in how to right size someone package down to what the customer actually needs incase they were over sold.

I help representatives in non-sales areas show customers what they don't have on their accounts so that the customer does not need to make a separate phone call to add it on if they need it. I also use creative ways to motivate our representatives to offer and put things onto accounts for the customers that decide to take advantage of one of our many awesome and powerful products.
