I was blessed to have a killer team and co-workers and none of this was possible without them and this success was due to their hard work. Notable products and projects include: - Lead the rewrite of the Production Planning Solution and delivered it in 3 months. - Managed the highest use application in Warpdrive which allowed the Operators to record work, view work instructions, install and remove parts, take photos, verify work, enter data collections, record tool usage, and more. - Developed a "call-board" used to allow technicians to call inspectors and reduce the downtime and wait time. Reduced poor paperwork by over 5%, reduced downtime by over 15% for the entire facility. - Lead and designed a completely new WIP tracking solution to improve tracking with in-process parts both physically and inside the system. Due to this improvement, we saw a 20% improvement in completed and tracked work.- Took over the product ownership "of the worst product in Spacex" and turned it around to a key part of all data collection. Improved usage by 1200% and was the baseline for all data collection and automation with the ERP. - Managed an "all-hands" performance increase which resulted in a speed increase of 85%.- Managed the development of seven mobile apps. Notables include taking and uploading photos (saving approx 1.5m a year). A "wearables" application that allowed techs to do their job on a smart device, increasing performance by up to 60% in key areas.- Designed and rolled out a factory scheduler application that over 80% of the company used to optimize work queues and dispatching.
