CurrentProvide responsive and timely reference and technology-based service to library customers face-to-face or by phone or email, as well as outreach to schools and centers.Supervise, train, counsel, coach, and evaluates assigned staff; prepare performance evaluations for subordinate employees; review payroll and attendance.Acts as Supervisor in Charge of the building which entails making decisions about problems and safety of staff and customers, writing up incident reports, and handling other issues that arise.
