Help on digital ecosystems strategy & engagement depending on brand’s maturity level. • Analyze needs, requirements and actions that will permit the brand maximize their sales. How, with whom and when.• Guide the team to coordinate, organize, and run the project where required. Define project plan and accompany through it. • Make sure that the project covers all the customer journey stages so each responsible knows their implication if needed. New Digital Project Manager role helping on Digital Expansion opportunities but mainly focused on Zalando Partner Program Marketplace. Incorporated during the final phase of the project to lead the go live part and run the daily operations where needed. The huge challenge was to coordinate all teams in order to get all processes and tasks to be done at the needed time and order ( From merchandising to delivery in Zalando as well as data integrations for finance follow-up)The last 3 months were dedicated to hand over all the processes required to create the current Zalando Team where responsibilities and coordination were a must to get the best of it. This experience gave me a huge global view that encouraged me to keep going on corporate projects with other departments implied.

Actualmente trabajando en mejoras para HFM y Planning , Business Plan además que redefiniendo nuevos criterios para la herramienta principal de reparto de costes en Desigual (VBM- Costes a nivel prenda).El día a día, y la figura de Gestión de Proyectos, me permite interactuar con distintos equipos, conocer los distintos procesos de cada canal, analizar y definir mejoras aunque siempre priorizando según recursos disponibles en los equipos así como la categorización en función de los “esfuerzos versus outputs”.
