• Focus the team in the most important variables to ensure consistent results
• Work closely with leaders and several cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies and processes.
• Provide suggestions to the project teams during the development stage to ensure the client’s business needs are met.
• Identify and understand potential issues / problems and develop approach to solving these problems
