About Monty Persons

I started out and finished up 13 yrs of retail before discovering how much I loved working in Healthcare. I have a lot of experience in LTC especially dementia related. I also have a lot of experience as a Estate manager. I plan on furthering my education out in Nevada. I have a place in my heart for all the people I had the honor to meet as they lived and died with dementia and their families who stayed by their loved ones sides as much as possible even when they took the last breath.
