Developed annual operating budgets and oversaw performance of relative departments; reviewed and evaluated bi-weekly reports and adjusted to maintain department budget profitability.

Administered entire scope of operations including sales, marketing, and production; oversaw production and performance of 5 employees operating in 3,000 square foot facility with two manual production lines and one fully automatic printing line, also three transfer application stations.
