Current● Performs Benefits Administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees● Conduct New Hire Orientations and Open Enrollment sessions, educating employees on benefit options and guiding through enrollment process.● Primary contact for employees with all Benefit inquires, facilitating communication about changes to plans and leave inquires.● Works with HKS’ Benefits Manager to understand overall benefits strategy and assists in implementation and execution of strategy
