Brought on to establish and run an ISO:9000:2010 QMS for the Wireless telecoms division and to develop,implement,establish and maintain QA processes to keep quality scores within OEM limits. While at Avion Systems the QA Program lowered the Quality Score to one of the lowest of any Vendor with Ericsson in North America where the minimum score required is 95 we scored 103! (only one company did better). I built a training program to train entry level wireless installers in-house to reduce cost of resources and increase availability. The results of the QA Program helped position Avion to qualify for a multi million dollar business increase with Ericsson. Initiated the ISO: 9000 certification for Avion as a whole entity. I Audited RBS installation methods and procedures to ensure Ericsson that all installation subcontractors met Ericsson standards so that a quality product was produced for the client. I worked with Project managers and Construction managers to improve quality of installation processes and to ensure better customer service. I was one of four people in the USA to be trained and certified in Ericsson's Quasis QA program at that time.
