• Analyses and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.• Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes LSM(Local store marketing)• Create and execute plans for sales, profit and staff development.• Set Annual and Monthly sales budgets and make a plan with RMs to achieve it.• Plan and coordinate with seniors Management on costing of menus.• Train and motivate staff to have maximum productivity while on duty.• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety• Responsible for team appraisals and educate team on career path.• Ensure all new employees in the restaurant receive an induction training program . • Identify in store training needs and initiate in-store training , implement personally on the job training intervention and coaching when necessary . • Improve performance by motivation and monitoring staff continuously and investigate and resolve complaints • Stay ahead of the operations through stores visits as per company policy and evaluate stores practice against company standards . • Competitor comparison in terms of sale, offers, promos, etc. • Minimize wastage , perform frequent checks to ensure consistency in product quality .• Comply with all health and safety regulation , staff training and development as required and keep records for health inspectors.• Daily and weekly review with the RMs on Budgeted and Actual sale and will make a plan to achieve it.• Focus store wise on profitability and need to close monitor on COS,COL and COSV.• High focus on customer service by training team to attend each table for customer satisfaction.• Improving delivery sale by LSM activity through daily and weekly plan• Corporate visit to meet corporate client to do special tie up between Johnny rocket and Corporate.• Monthly Store presentation to director operation on, Sale, Transaction, People, SIT(Management Program) and future month plan to improve sale.
