My role involved strategizing, implementing, and evaluating programs related to education, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and community needs.Currently, I am leveraging my expertise as a Project Research Assistant at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). In this role i collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, I play a pivotal role in data collection, analysis, and dissemination, striving to advance knowledge and inform evidence-based practices.With a strong foundation in social work principles and research methodology, I am committed to driving positive change and addressing complex social challenges.
