• Prepare Costing & MIS Report for the project based on earned value analysis on weekly & monthly basis including variance report • Tracking actual cost & performed earned value analysis on preliminaries and construction activities of the projects and ensuring that the Cost Control Schedule. • Preparing & checking the detailed and Preliminaries estimate and highlight deviation as per observations & inference on actual cost against estimates to the Estimation department. • Earned value analysis for the project and find out CV,SV,CPI,SPI,EAC,ETC. • Prepare budget & cash flow of the project and monitor those to ensure no overruns and monitor balance to spend amount every month. • Efficiently working towards quantities calculation and material reconciliation & Auditing of the material, manpower & machinery • Preparation of projected construction cost and highlights its impact • Timely rate analysis of items required in the project & non-estimated item • Physically checking of the coefficient of Material, labor, and P&M • Checking Productivity of technician, labor & take effective measure to control • Work out on required material quantities for all items as required for the purchasing department • Checking material inward daily and verify as per PO term and Condition. • Monthly auditing the physical stock of all the materials • Reconcile the actual cost with the finance dept every month & preparing financial reports
