Here, I conduct need assessments, organize training sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop frameworks that capture community experiences related to climate change and disaster risk reduction.My previous roles include Assistant Engineer at Survey of India, Freelancer Lecturer at Post Graduate Government College, Chandigarh, and various internships focused on disaster management, sustainable development, and community resilience.
