Senior Strategic Product Manager
CurrentLed new product initiatives and agile cross functional teams from ideation to delivery across the enterprise. Engaged customers and rallied stakeholders across the organization including marketing, executive leadership, CRM, sales, IT, site managers, and others to empower ongoing product and innovation initiatives. - Employed prototyping, market research, and business experiments to de-risk product development, prioritize backlogs, inform launch strategy, and craft value-based roadmaps across multiple product initiatives. - Spearheaded “born digital” product development based on sensor enabled packaging and serialization at scale and successfully launched POCs. - Led and developed the customer innovation program to more deeply involve customers in the product development process touching over 20,000 customers and prospects. - Stood-up and administered the problem discovery team to capture and frame relevant over 1,100 business problems, quantify their value, to set-up product development to move faster with less risk. - Directed the development of a mobile application designed to help customers engage in brand protection leveraging serialized packaging at a much lower cost than other solutions. - Managed relationships with partners such as Amazon, GS1, Dassault Systemes, Digimarc, and others to hasten product development; applied “Build, Borrow, Buy” strategy to accelerate product development 3x. - Contributed to building the product organization from scratch including the processes, evangelizing to the organization, and spearheading the adoption and global use of OKRs growing from 0 to a 65+ person organization. - Launched an idea management process to foster employee driven innovation leveraging the QMarkets platform - with over 900 employee contributions within first year of launch.
