Key Responsibilities:a. Supervision of Customer Service Dept of entire North Indiab. Handling major escalations of all the major clients till its solution.c. Handling serious queries, which remain unsolved at Branch/Officer level.d. Inducting training to junior staff and local Branches/BA/agents at Delhi.e. Monthly visit to Corporate Clients to understand their requirements and feedback.f. Generating weekly/monthly performance reports.g. Maintaining MIS for various corporate clients like ATOTECH INDIA LTD,SNAP ON TOOLS,METRO ORTEM LTD,BAJAJ ELECTRICALS LTD,KIGLASSWARE INDIA LTD AND AND PARRAGON PUBLISHING LTDh. Preparing Service Analysis Report for key clients, & involved in pick up to ill delivery and collection of the payment i. Solving escalated issues and settling of disputes through claims made by clients.• Assist the Transshipment Manager in day to day operation of Transshipment • Conduct damage control and Clearing of all the documentation of incoming& outbound material• Coordination and follow up with our entire India Customer cell and other departments for urgent queries.• Proper storage of materials and ensuring minimal losses • Managing & maintaining route schedule for all over India.• Responsible for overall dispatch and arrival for all the vehicles coming into and going out from transshipment centre.• Responsible for priority connections for consignments of VIP clients.• Monitoring transit time, optimum utilization of vehicle capacity and maintaining FIFO in the transshipment.• Arranging vehicles for various destinations from open market for extra load other than the schedule.• Maintaining effective monitoring systems to ensure fewer cases of shortage / excess and misrouting.

*Responsible for total Operation of Delhi & NCR.*Handled Inquiries & complaints.*Maintaining Information through computerized and manually For intercity and NCR delivery arrangement. *Checking Local Vehicle Activities Report Daily Basis.*Coordination with Sales & Accounts Team*Customer Retention, Customer Service, Regular Follow –ups, Daily MIS, Pick- ups, Deliveries, Forwarding, Routing of consignments and Regular Interaction with clients.*Cost evaluation of Pick-ups and deliveries, co-ordination with Sales Team, Accounts, All India Branches, Operation Staff for smooth flow of information.*Handled Jr.Executive Ops, supervisors, Service Representatives and Labors Team. •
