Project Manager
CurrentEnsures that organizational level projects within respective divisions, and other projects assigned by the Senior Vice President are completed through the use of established project management methodology.• Responsible for project planning, tracking, and completion. Identifies scope of projects, identifies resources required, develops timeline, monitors progress, ensures timely completion and conducts de-briefs.• Tracks project interdependencies, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful completion.• Functions as the main project liaison and central point of contact between the Division and other areas within the credit union and generally serves in this capacity with vendors.• Works closely with SVP and VPs within the division to develop standards, procedures and policies to ensure effective attainment of division objectives.• Works collaboratively with other Division Project Managers as well as other staff to ensure mutual attainment of goals and that the Division provides and receives cross-divisional support. • Manages the Division programming queue and works closely with programming to ensure priorities are maintained and hours are allocated appropriately.• Responsible for testing and validation of programming jobs and timely flow of jobs into production.• Participates in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Division.• Conducts research within the credit union and externally to supportDivision needs.• Participates in identifying and selecting vendors for services required by the division and is often the primary contact for the Division in vendor relationships, implementations and problem resolution.
