Identify business opportunities from retail, high net worth and institutional clients. Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Laws, and the Bank's internal policies and procedures. Provide training, coaching, guidance and feedback to staff in view of their work performance to develop a team of competent staff forces.

Manage the Retail and Mortgage Unit

Coordinating credit processing,  activities consistent  the established goals, objectives  policies.Supervising  ensuring proper  smooth running  the above  including reviewing  streamlining  business operational workflow  processes  enhance efficiency  effectiveness.Planning  implementing  loan business strategies / action plans.Providing leadership  coordinating  activities  the mobile credit team  accordance  the goals  objectives  the Bank  safeguard  grow  assets  the Bank  provide sound returns  improvement plans  enhance CA quality & submission turnaround time.Update  Management  market intelligence findings  information  product /  enhancement  all  business opportunities relating  the bank.Ensuring that  day-to-day business  of  team  effectively  efficiently coordinated, implemented  conducted within  framework agreed by  Management.Building  maintaining  high  culture through effective  management, communication  coaching  employees.Provide clear leadership  promote  foster  team culture consistent  the Bank values & manage  team’s business performance.Compile, prepare  present  business development & marketing  reporting  management.

• Marketing and processing of consumer and commercial loans in achieving the branch financial targets in loans and advances and assist in internal controls in credit are adequate and in compliance to the Bank's policies to ensure smooth work flow.• Ensure prompt loan repayment and interest servicing.• Timely issuance of Letter of Offer and acceptance by customers.• Ensure loan applications are processed within the Bank’s guidelines.• Monitor utilization of credit facilities within sanctioned limits and in compliance with conditions of approval imposed. • Renew the application for Accommodation (CA) in timely manner.

-Administrative work: assisting to National Secretary General -Marketing and advertising work: production quality follow up, purchasing, and setting up-Financial work: basically collecting financial report and account statement and report to Treasurer

- Participate in a development of annual sales target, budget plan and selling strategies for the branch.- Execute the selling strategies to sell non-credit products to corporate clients to achieve sales target determined by branch manager.- Search for new corporate customers to make presentation with an effective explanation with visibility of the products and merchandising materials to customers.- Open new savings account for corporate clients and provide door to door customer services, including an acceptance of cheque deposit, for key customers at their doorstep or institution.- Liaise with marketing department to ensure successful launch of marketing campaign and strategies.- Maintain and keep the public aware of ABA branding and products and services.- Collect customer feedback and provide constructive solution to direct supervisor as well as other related departments for a better improvement.- Build a good business relationship with all key corporate account to ensure the quality of customer services and keep customer loyalty.- Follow up and analyse market and competition to ensure on-tracking competitive advantages of products and services.- Assist branch manager in other necessary works being delegated.

He has joint CBM Corporation Co., Ltd., a group of restaurant company including 6 big Cambodian-owned brands-T&C Coffee, BBWorld, Pizza World, Tous Les Jours Cambodia, Asian Kitchen and Khmer Food Village, for 1 year as Public Relations Executives assisting in Marketing Department. His main work is to directly contact with Press and Media for advertising and publicity of company's brands name. Also, he works out briefly with creative design as well as marketing strategic planning. Copy writing is his another responsibility in dept.
