Improving services for our regional perinatal high-risk center. Obstetricians could now improve care by using the latest technology to monitor the birthing rooms remotely from their smartphones, improving care and communications with the nursing staff onsite.

► Responsible for directing and implementing $25M enterprise radiology PACS. The project was implemented ahead of schedule and under budget, under challenging circumstances.► Partnered with Radiology champions to deliver a state-of-the-art imaging system. The first imaging system implemented from corporate IT and resources reporting to IT (Me) and not to the clinical chair. I owe my success to the relationships I built with physician champions, the clinical teams, and my team. In fact, we were one team which is why we were so successful. ► Responsible for leading executive steering committee and reported to CIO, COO, CFO, CMO and Senior VP for nursing.

Managed and coordinated all aspects of IT infrastructure and clinical systems, network, security, and project management for Radiology Department and Medical Center. Established and managed relationships with technology vendors/partners. Administered $10 million project budgets and $2 million annual operating budget. Served as informatics consultant to both radiology and hospital faculty. Redesigned the operating rooms to maximize OR availability, manage block time, scheduling and charge capture by implementing Surgiserve.
