The Direct Action Media Academy is a not-for-profit company with a vision that seeks to make the world a better place by helping people reach their potential. In order to promote a brighter future for our youth, we will challenge each individual to become better students with stronger minds and a more diverse learning experience through understanding all facets of media, art and music relative to their marketable assets and the economic challenges of tomorrow.

Developed and implemented instructional programs, objectives and the methodology to ensure compliance in all facets of the operation. Co-wrote the awarded grant, co-designed the company website and branding material, assessed the overall evaluation of the program and managed several contractors, budgeted entire program and was responsible for bookkeeping and payroll.

Served as Senior Art Director for this U.S. Government contractor on the military base; with HAZMAT, and Top Security instructional programs. Required Security Clearance at Aberdeen Proving Grounds military installation.

Worked as Graphic Designer for this daily newspaper with over 150,000 subscribers. Created advertising materials daily, worked on pilot ad teams and created campaigns for advertising accounts.

Created Annual Reports and Prospectus Reports for this national financial printer. Also completed SEC filing and datalogics entry programming for investment clients such as Wachovia, Bank of America and Keystone. Type 70 words per minute.

Created advertisements for this 10,000 circulation daily newspaper. Responsible for 10% increase in advertising revenue through creative ad building and outstanding customer service.

Worked with this regional magazine as Art Director designing covers, ads and editorial content for three regional magazines, Low Country Real Estate, Southern Homes, East Cooper Newcomers' Guide.
