Technical Support Specialist
Current- Install and configure computer hardware , software , OS systems , network .- Software Troubleshooting & Problem Solving .- Phone & Email Technical Support .- Communication & Interpersonal Skills .- Work on ERP especially in accounting .- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues .- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers .- Supporting the roll-out of new applications, including training users .- Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
