I am a fitness specialist that focuses on daily health and fitness life goals in at risk youth, underprivileged children and all humans who need healing. I plan to spend my life building up the youth allowing them the freedom to become whoever they choose without systematic boundaries. I use yoga and mindful techniques to apply trauma coping mechanisms to my clients aiding with their depression, anxiety and any other mental or physical imbalance they may be feeling. I am also a strong advocate in mental wellness balance in all humans but especially POC, Women and Women of Color to continue to grow together in humanity.
