Since 1947, Flight Safety Foundation has helped save lives around the world. The Foundation is an international non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to provide impartial, independent, expert safety guidance and resources for the aviation and aerospace industry.Jessie serves as an advisor to FSF on new technology such as UAS Traffic Management, UAM, UAS, In-time Aviation Safety Managment, and integration of new vehicles into the NAS. She also focused on the rollout of new technology such a distributed electric propulion, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and distributed data architectures.

Airbus's UTM team is building digital traffic management to enable the next age of aviation including air taxis and delivery drones to safely enter and share the skies of our future.Jessie and her team are responsible for Airbus' business strategy, customers and partnerships, marketing and communication, and rulemaking for UTM. She also serves on the Board of the Global UTM Association.

Jessie Mooberry is head of deployment at Altiscope, bringing together policymakers, technologists, and NGOs to modernize air traffic management. Altiscope takes a new approach for achieving unmanned aircraft system (UAS) integration into airspace. Specifically, it is a simulator for evaluating policy options and operational models for ATM systems that can service all forms of airborne traffic in a wide range of geographies and jurisdictions.

The Global UTM Association (GUTMA) is a non-profit consortium of worldwide Unmanned Aircraft Systems Traffic Management (UTM) stakeholders. Its purpose is to foster the safe, secure and efficient integration of drones in national airspace systems. Its mission is to support and accelerate the transparent implementation of globally interoperable UTM systems. GUTMA members collaborate remotely.

Jessie designed and built UAV and other technology to build measurable, positive interactions between two groups including humanitarian airlift drones, mapping drones, even teaching through the PIL @ Stanford a cohort of students to design "drones for good."

We build fixed-wing drones to deliver humanitarian payload to hard-to-reach locations. As Vice Director of Uplift Aeronautics, Jessie drove strategy including incorporating and achieving 501(c)3 designation, establishing a board of directors, managing a fundraising team to raise two years runway, and building strategic alliances and international connections through international speaking appearances and outreach. She served as Treasurer and Vice Director of the Board.
