I was directly responsible for management of the entire engineering team and the development process for multiple custom image sensors, custom processors and the creation of a product set of new cinema cameras that are now used in many motion picture, television, documentary and other image capture business including still image capture. My responsibilities also included direct management of all IT, supply chain, financial, administrative, legal, manufacturing, testing, quality, HR, customer service and sales teams responsible for generating and supporting all aspects of RED’s business activities.

Provided advisory services for Live Nation (based in Hollywood, CA) in the areas of IT infrastructure outsourcing to a global managed services firm and ticketing strategy. Managed the outsourcing of all IT services to a global service provider (from an internal group) at MTN, the largest pan-African wireless services provider in South Africa saving my client many millions of dollars in operating costs. Managed a team of consultants at PA’s client RED DIGITAL CINEMA CAMERA CO. which streamlined manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, HR and IT operations for 6 months before joining the RED team full time.

Led the team at InfoSpan which raised venture capital financing from investors in Dubai and Pakistan for InfoSpan’s business process outsourcing services start-up in Islamabad, Pakistan. Led the growth of the team from start-up to over 150 employees in Mexico, Pakistan and California.

Negotiated over $500,000,000 of telecom service contracts for the provision of IT services in India on behalf of Sterling Group as well as other associated business including internet services throughout India. Negotiated contracts in the US and Europe (France, Germany and the UK) of over $15M for Food and Beverage services and raw materials for Sterling Group’s India based manufacturing operations.
