I am an environmental scientist with more than 10 years of specialist experience in the areas of environmental health and safety auditing, due diligence, regulatory reviews, industrial pollution control, waste and wastewater management. I have been involved in a wide range of EHS assessments, including Phase I audits, due-diligence assessments, regulatory compliance assessments, and reviews against the IFC Performance Standards. The focus of the assessments have included identifying EHS compliance status, identifying material compliance issues, describing environmental settings, assessing surrounding land use/historical land use, establishing known or potential sources of material soil/ groundwater/ surface water contamination, and identifying outstanding liabilities.
