The Dinosphere is a 46,000 square-foot immersive exhibit which houses articulated fossils of over a dozen dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures in an environment designed to resemble the late Cretaceous period 65 million years ago.As a Facilitator in this exhibit area, I was responsible for providing the highest quality immersive and interactive experiences for children and families. I was expected to acquire and demonstrate a strong, functional knowledge of paleontology by keeping alert to current paleontological news and practices and by working closely with museum paleontologists. I Implemented formal and informal programming and helped visitors understand the main messages and exhibit concepts.I provided superior customer service in a museum which already demands excellent guest relations.
