Sales Operations Support
Current- Assist the sales team with checking availability of ground arrangements with African suppliers and flights on web booking systems
- Liaise with airlines and other suppliers to reserve flights, accommodation and transfers and input all details into the database systems (Dhruv/ Safari Portal) and assist the sales team to manage alterations to.
- Cross-check grids for accuracy of itinerary and costing
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic records of trip itineraries and client details in the database
- Process final checks before travel packs are created and create travel packs for sending to the clients
- Check incoming emails and action appropriately, as well as answer the telephone and talking to clients as delegated by the sales team
