Arranging & typing Memo/Fax Sheets including regular filing of documents. Dispatching of documents to all Concerned Dept./Service Responsibles and Head Office (H.O.T). Re-directing Info reg. arrivals and departures of residents. Receiving Passports/Exit Certificates of employees and linked with the Personnel Dept. Follow-up of personnel requests reg. Vacations,Passport/Work permit renewals.Pprepare Note De Frais for all locally purchased materials & spare-parts. Presenting signature book to my Boss for final approval. Attending phone calls in absence of my Boss. Assist my Boss in analyzing/modifying the Yearly Budget Forecast of all Camps around the Kingdom. Translating of documents from French to English and vice versa. Acting as main interpretor of French/Urdu/Hindi speaking employees and residents. Acting as telephone operator in absence of Company's telephone operator for approx.3 to 4 hours on daily basis. Worked on pre-payroll for around 250 employees on monthly basis.
