Currently working with PMI Electric bus divisuon as associate workshop manager ( fleet maintenance From June 202 3 years ) working knowledge of HV system, Traction Motor BMS /Traction motor controller charging process Electric vehicle , BCS system. electrical components working, ten days, hub greasing, chassis grease, docking, Preventive Maintenance, all maintenance check list checking, breakdown manage, driver complaint, employee training about work, manpower manage, 100% outshedding, km penalties reduce, pressure/suspension work, Tyre rotation/Alignment, workshop safety, TBT, LOTO HIRA also I have 6 years of experience working as a Mechanical foreman in CNG low floor bus in DTC. TATA MOTORS 12 meter.I have 1 years of experience as technician with Maruti service master, authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki. Okhlanew Delhi..Role & Responsibilities:1. Functioned as a technical supervisor to handle the customer complaints pertaining to vehicle troubleshooting, running repairs of Electric buses (9 meter) and ensuring earliest vehicle on road.2. Responsible for availability of tools & equipment's for better preventive & scheduled maintenance of the buses.3. Responsible for handling depot Technical manpower's and their deployed.4. managed customer for issues w.r.t. quality & timely repairs.5. Responsible for analysis of product performance on route.6. Responsible for 10 days inspection of buses, 100% washing and their cleaning quality , Zero breakdown & 100% out shedding of the buses.7. Responsible for preparing of daily Maintenance MIS.8. Maintaining Safety at Work place with Team.
