As an HR Executive at Nesto Group, a leading retail company in UAE, I manage various HR functions for over 350 employees across 3 branches. I ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and support employee benefits, payroll, and leave administration. I also contribute to recruitment, training and development, and performance management activities, working with managers and staff to foster a positive and productive work culture.I hold a master's degree in Social Work, with a focus on Human Resources Management, and a KHDA certification in Professional Human Resources Management, both from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I have a solid foundation in various HR domains and best practices, and I am proficient in HRIS systems, such as Oracle and SAP. I have excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and I am passionate about people and organizational development.
