Future sharing new business self-driving car integrated interior design development I proposed the research project to a government agency and was actively involved throughout the process leading from research to outcomes. With government support, the project involved collaboration among four of school and businesses. In contrast to our company's previous projects that typically concluded with research reports, this initiative resulted in the creation of an actual prototype.

Designed and conducted an after-school pottery class for kindergarten students.- The class was structured step by step, emphasizing the joy of achievement- Provided motivation for the next steps through appropriate praise when small successes were achieved- Became aware of the time and cost involved in preparation and cleanup before/after each educational session- Through this experience, gained a deeper understanding of leading others to achievement
