 Serve as HR point of contact for directors and other employees for inquiries and administrative issues. Provide accurate advice to department directors on procedures, reports, requirements, and other administrative matters. Coordinate various HR projects, including updating hundreds of job descriptions, employee handbook, and competencies for annual evaluations. Create and maintain job postings on company website and on job portals and mass mailing.  Source candidates using resume databases, networking, internet job boards, cold calling, third-party recruiting firms, and employee referrals. Responsible for on boarding and induction process, documentation, background verification and KRA. Process employment applications, evaluate qualifications, conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, and maintain current records on status of personnel requisitions. Ensure employee adherence to HR Policies & Organization Policies. Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice. Provide training to the staffs and making payroll, issuing offer letter, appointment letter as well as overall in charge of entry and exit formalities.
