I have designed and facilitated multiple strategic planning sessions, moderated community meetings, and mediated workplace, family, neighbor, and business disputes. I am the lead instructor for our 40 hour Professional Mediation Training and provide customized conflict management training to numerous nonprofit organizations, tribal departments, local government, businesses and associations. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector - as a board member, volunteer, staff member and executive director, I understand the delicate relationships, ever-changing environments, and myriad of opportunities and challenges that nonprofits face on a regular basis.
