• Manage and oversee all general accounting responsibilities for the Connecticut & New York Campus including monthly global financials, payables, general ledger review, accruals, reforecast and budgeting (1.7 million sq.ft., $58 million annual budget).• Accurately review, post and release all accounts payable and general ledger details, following purchasing protocol and procedures. Monitor cash balance before releasing payables.• Prepare and distribute monthly financial management reports with emphasis on detailed variance analyses on actual expenses versus budget/reforecast commitments.• Coordinate the development and analysis of annual budgets and quarterly reforecast, working closely with the Property Managers of each location. Perform detailed and consolidated variance analyses.• Meet with the client and operational managers on a regular basis to discuss property-related issues and initiatives, such as forecasting, leasing, collections and policies.• Assist with review and posting subtenant recurring charges, sundry expenses and non-recurring charges, working closely with the Sublease Administrator.• Partner with Cushman & Wakefield and UBS Management to meet all reporting deadlines, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improve processes.• Provide client ad-hoc reporting requests on a timely basis.Significant Accomplishments• Developed and distribute quarterly electricity analyses to track and compare monthly costs, consumption (kWh) and cost per kWh for the Connecticut & Chicago Campus. The template is utilized to analyze and track electricity for the New York and New Jersey Campuses.• Participated in the implementation process of converting UBS BIG IWMS v4 to BIG v5, including identifying stakeholder groups, managing change process through marketing and communications plans, develop end user training schedules and coordination.
