In charge of application and management of nautical books and sea charts, be responsible for keeping the instruction manuals of navigation equipment, and revise and record the nautical books and sea charts based on the latest Notices to Mariners.Be responsible for maintaining the navigation equipment, and managing related reports, records and supplies.Making voyage plan of each voyage abiding by the captain's order and approval, amending sailing plan when course change.Measure and obtain the position of the vessel at noontime, and compose the noon report.
