I am accountable for providing Coaching/Mentoring & Assessment support to Azeri National Technicians to ensure they meet their HSE goals & Learning Outcomes as part of the dedicated CRT CMAS training plan.I am responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of up to 360mbd of on specification hydrocarbons using two Multi-Stage Crude Stabilisation Trains. In addition I am also responsible for the control and delivery of up to 80 mbd of on-specification produced water from a large scale Produced Water treatment plant for export to offshore for re-injection. Responsible for interfacing with management, co-owners, drilling supervisors, contractors, and suppliers, for successful completion activities offshore and in the arctic area of Alaska. This position required accurate preparation of completion reports, evaluation of drilling contracts and reports, as well as a practical understanding of schedules and cost analysis. Inspected completion equipment for installation and production readiness, including mandrels, packers, nipples, and surface controlled subsurface safety systems. Wireline unit operator: Responsible for safe installation and completion of down hole equipment, including securing the wellheads to ensure the safety of the work team and the environment. Duties also included site set-up and slickline operation, running safety valves, storm chokes, and gas lift valves, and fishing, bailing, and swabbing. Downhole data acquisition and bottomhole surveys were also routine.
